Well, things change.
28 of August the Finnish government has change its mind and now they will after all build the oil disaster prevention center in Tolkis, in Porvoo.
Also the long awaited security road from the Sköldvik oil refinery will be done next year!
GOOD!
Things can evolve. Lets see if this really happens.
We are hoping and keeping fingers crossed.
